SpudState.com and TaterState.com are two of my websites. My philosophy has been to provide the kind of Service I would want. One of the reasons I sell Real Estate is I did not get treated very well when I sold my last home. The Home Searches on my websites are hasle free never asking for information to just use the home searches. I like to make each and every transaction as easy and worry free for every client. I continual monitor transactions to head off any future problems.

BACKGROUND
In 1969 I bought my first home and that was over 40 years ago! Since then I have been involved in Real Estate as a home owner, investor, landlord, and Real Estate Agent. I worked for the Air Guard for 25 years before retiring. During that time I took many real estate courses and attended numerous seminars about real estate. In 1998 the Broker I bought my current home from said “You know a lot about real estate… Why don’t you come sell real estate for me”. I had never got my license when I was an investor, landlord, and home owner. I used real estate as an investment in the past. I was no longer involved as an investor or landloard and decided that I had always like dealing in real estate, and knew I could provide better service than the person that had sold my house. I went to school, got my license, and went to work for that broker. I have continued my educations and got a Broker’s Lincense and am an Associate Broker at Silvercreek Reality Group. I have been involved on the internet Marketing Real Estate since 2000 and have a very large web presence. I contine to take marketing course to better market my clients properties online.
