BACKGROUND

MEET BOB WHITE
After forty two years in the Wholesale Building Industry, I retired in December of 2012, sold our home in Nevada, and moved to Meridian, Idaho, to be with our son and his family, and enjoy all the wonderful things that the state of Idaho has to offer.

Our family has always enjoyed the outdoors, so it seemed like the perfect place to retire, and so far we absolutely love it here. There is so much to do, we can't keep up, and we love the four seasons. I only wish we would have come here twenty years ago.

I have been married to my beautiful wife for forty nine years, and together we have two children and six grand children. We are both Christians and love The Lord, and always keep Him the center of our lives. I still enjoy mountain biking, kayaking, snow skiing, hiking, and watching sports on TV.

As for real estate, I am in the Boise Regional Realtors “Circle of Excellence”, which requires selling over $2,000,000 a year. In my forty two years in the building industry, working exclusively with principles and owners of businesses, I have extensive personal experience in understanding the selling, buying, leasing, and negotiating of properties and buildings on a commercial level as well. Also, my wife and I have purchased and sold ten homes of our own, which includes building a 4,000 sq.ft. home from the ground up.

Most importantly, after forty two years as a successful business man in the building industry, I understand building cost, and can help you in determining what might be a “great” deal, as opposed to what might be a “money pit.”

I am a true “people” person, who always enjoys meeting new people, and helping them in any way I can, Real Estate or not, and one thing you can be sure of, you will never feel any pressure from me. My Web Site,
www.mls-boise.com, has been voted one of the most helpful and user friendly web sites on the internet.

I am truly committed to making your housing dreams come true, and would appreciate the opportunity to represent you.

Thank You,
Bob White
