I have been involved in nearly every type of real estate transaction, ranging from single family homes to the most complex of commercial transactions. I am constantly pushing myself to be creative and come up with unique and beneficial deals for my clients I represent and colleagues I work with.

BACKGROUND

Chad Hansen is the co-founder and CEO of Property People, a full service residential and commercial real estate firm located in Boise, Idaho. Chad is an advisor to the executive team at LEAP Housing Solutions, which is a nonprofit affordable housing developer and an advisor to the Real Estate Committee and Board of Directors of NeighborWorks Boise, which is 40 year old non profit affordable housing developer and operator in Boise, ID. Chad started his career in real estate in 2004 and has been directly involved in the finance, purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties in 14 different states.
