Ready. Set. Go.
You deserve an agent that can produce the “WOW” factor when working with you. It is more than my extensive real estate experience and knowledge of our local market. It is more than my use of the latest technologies to produce effective Internet marketing techniques that get your home sold, or find you the perfect place to call home. It is helping you feel like you are my only client…the WOW factor. I will not settle for anything less!
There is a very human side to every action I take in my work life. My reward has been using my expertise in interpersonal relations to help others work through the emotional ups and downs of the project or transaction they were working on at the time. I consider myself to be successful when those I work with have a positive experience along the way to a successfully completed task, even if there were hills and valleys along the way to their success…in fact many times the success came because of the hills and valleys.
My college degree is in Interpersonal Communication and I pride myself in listening to my clients and helping to assist them in reaching their goals. I strive to help each of them feel they are the most important client in the world and want to make sure that all their questions and concerns are addressed properly so that their real estate transaction is as anxiety free as possible
Being an Idaho Native and a resident of Ada & Canyon Counties for over 40 years, I know Idaho. My love of this industry started when I built (with my own hands) my first home at the age of 25. I have been invested in real estate ever since. After starting my career as a full-time Real Estate Investor in 2002, I obtained a Real Estate license in 2005.ly.
My wife Cheryl and I were saddened recently by the death of one of our good clients, Don Buckel. (Cheryl has assisted me with some of my client’s needs) Shortly after doing several transactions with us in the past, he wrote the following unsolicited letter of personal recommendation for us to use as we choose:
…In our dealings with the Storrs, we have experienced doing business with people of utmost integrity and competency. Something that, quite frankly we don’t often experience anymore. In every dimension of our business dealings, they were thorough and businesslike, yet always with our best interests in mind and at heart. When they said they would do something – they did it. They never once promised something that was later renounced. They have proved to us that their word was as good as gold. …
