SERVICE

I put relationships at the top of my list when it comes to service. I want to know you, what motivates you, your needs and your wants. I want to know your family and what is important to them. This helps me search and find for you the perfect place to live. If you are selling, it helps me know how to market your home. By managing your transaction, my goal is to take the pressure and uncertainty off of your shoulders, to relieve as much of the uncertainty that a move this big can cause.

COMMITMENT

You will find that I am fully committed to your needs from our very first meeting to the final closing date and post closing visit. I want your experience to be such that you will feel 100% comfortable recommending me to your family and friends.

BACKGROUND

It is my pleasure to introduce myself to you. My name is Julie Bird and I have lived in Boise since 1983 with the exception of 6 years that we lived in Utah. My husband and I have raised four sons and one daughter, all married and either living in Boise, or away at school. We are the proud grandparents of 8 ½ beautiful grandchildren. I don’t have to tell you how special that is, I’m sure. After raising my family, about 8 years ago, I decided it was time to do something I’d always wanted to do – become a real estate agent. I’d wanted to become one ever since our move to Utah. We had an agent that made a tremendous difference in our whole experience and I could tell she really cared about us. She made a scary transition much better for us. I decided I wanted to be a real estate agent just like her; one who can make a difference in people’s lives and help them with these sometimes stressful transitions. After obtaining my license, I completed a GRI course, designed to take the information you learn as an agent and build upon it and increase your “toolbox”. I also worked for designations at a “Shortsale/Foreclosure Specialist”, “Accredited Buyer Representative”, and “Certified Residential Specialist”. I feel that these designations have helped me perform far above the average in my profession.
