Real Estate is a service industry. I believe my job is to go above and beyond what is expected of an agent. Our job is more than just writing contracts, it is expertly negotiating, advising, marketing, knowing what professionals to hire or refer, etc.

COMMITMENT

Most people hire an agent without doing the due diligence they should. I have worked with too many people who tried unsuccessfully to work with an agent simply due to that agent being a family member, or friend. As an agent, we are helping clients buy and sell often their largest assets, transferring hundreds of thousands of dollars. I believe it is important to interview and seriously consider who you want to work with as an agent. As an agent I treat the transaction as if it was my own. I believe it is important to spend too much time, rather than not enough with a client and transaction. I take pride in going above and beyond my clients expectations with the utmost integrity.

BACKGROUND

I have been involved in real estate since the age of 20, when I bought my first multi-family property. I have been investing in real estate for the last decade and have bought and sold over 100 units. Prior to becoming a full time agent, I was involved in marketing and sales sitting on the advisory board of a $200 Million+ international marketing firm. During this time, I became highly skilled at sales, marketing, negotiations, etc – skills that serve well as a Realtor. I have also owned a construction company, which gives me a unique incite that many agents don't have when it comes to the condition of homes, repairs, costs of repairs, as well as contacts to reputable, skilled subcontractors. Have started, and developed a successful investment firm, I have a great background for investors as I personally own both residential and commercial investments. In other words, I don't just sell real estate, I believe in the industry, love the industry, and invest in the industry.
