BACKGROUND

Courtney Marzocco joined the Mike Brown Group as a REALTOR® in 2022, pursuing her love and passion for real estate to help others find their dream home. As a successful agent for more than two years in Boise, she serves clients from across the country to find their next home in the Treasure Valley. She dedicates herself to providing excellent guidance for her clients to make informed real estate decisions, often including the adventure of relocating to Idaho from another state. She personally knows what it feels like to arrive to a new city knowing very little and slowly familiarizing herself with Idaho and all that it has to offer. She helps her clients become educated about the entire Treasure Valley – from Boise, Meridian and Eagle to outlying towns including Kuna, Star and Nampa. She has made it her priority to learn about this valley and wants to help her clients seamlessly make Idaho their new home.

She has been real estate obsessed since she was young, visiting open houses with her parents every weekend, admiring beautiful homes and the real estate process. That love for real estate has turned into a passion for buying, selling, and managing homes and investment properties for over 20 years. Her experience with new home builds and home remodels helps her clients maximize their investment while enjoying living in their homes.

With a double bachelor's degree from UC Santa Barbara in Communications and Sociology and her decades of experience as a certified fitness professional, managing a group fitness program at a luxury club, this knowledge and experience has helped her understand what people want and how to serve them better. Courtney has owned and sold multiple businesses, including a million-dollar auto auction in California and a cycle studio in Eagle, ID.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and her family, including her mostly grown kids. She has a passion for animals and has dedicated time to animal rescue for over eight years, fostering over 130 dogs and puppies. To relax, she likes to work out, travel, bike ride, walk her dogs, drink wine and laugh with her friends.
