BACKGROUND

After six years honorable service in the US Air Force as a heavy aircraft avionics technician. In 2013 Grant earned his bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning in under three years. This is where his real estate career began and soon after, the rekindling of a relationship with his high school sweetheart and soon to be wife. After the birth of their first daughter they were living in Orange County, California. Although they loved their family, friends and ocean view, it was clear to both that California was not exactly the place they wished to raise their daughter. They set their sights on Boise, and never looked back. With several years under their belt and the addition of a true Idaho native son, Grant is here to best serve you.
