As a licensed teacher, I pride myself for being an educator. I have lived in the Boise area for almost 18 years now, and I really feel that I have a great understanding of the real estate market in the Treasure Valley. BACKGROUND

I have been a Realtor since 2004 (Wow! Hard to believe its been 14 years!) I have been involved in many aspects of the real estate market, including initial subdivision marketing and development, working with builders from the moment they purchased their lot(s) and working through their house plans. I have successfully worked with the secondary vacation home market, marketing on a larger-scale and promoting a vacation destination in Priest Lake, ID. I have also worked with clients through short sales, purchasing homes out of foreclosure, working with title and the bank representatives. My husband is a real estate investor, and with him, we have enjoyed taking distressed homes and recreated them for new buyers ready to make them happy homes again! Currently, I am working on a couple exciting projects where we are taking early 20th century homes, relocating them, and renovating them to restore some of the beautiful vintage qualities they once had, but with new interiors with up-to-code electric, plumbing and heating!
