BACKGROUND

Lindsey Browne has been selling real estate in the Treasure Valley since 2009 and brings experience, dedication, and strong product knowledge to her clients and colleagues.

She chose a career in real estate because, “I love working with people; helping home buyers to find the perfect fit in their new home, as well as helping sellers with their needs and attaining their expected results.” Lindsey’s number-one goal in serving her clients is customer service and advocacy, so that they can make the best and most informed choices based on their needs. Educating people about the process of buying or selling their home is Lindsey’s favorite part of the real estate business. She says, “Since real estate is the biggest investment most people will make, they should be knowledgeable so that they can make the very best decisions. Having a client be happy with their new home choice is my ultimate goal.” With her strong background in residential, residential on acreage, farm, and ranch, and bare ground, Lindsey can expertly and seamlessly guide her clients through the entire real estate transaction process.

Prior to becoming a full-time real estate professional, Lindsey worked in law enforcement, Homeland Security, as an emergency medical responder, and as an advocate for the developmentally disabled.

She has obtained many real estate designations including: ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource), CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) and Board Certified Land Agent. Additionally, she has received in-depth training in working with VA buyers, negotiation strategies, communication and sales skills, new construction, and has taken a variety of loan and lending seminars. Lindsey has lived in the Treasure Valley since 2004 and is deeply involved in her community. She is an active member of The Impact Advisory Committee with the Middleton Fire Department, discussing the impact on fire service/response in the growing community of the fire district. They then propose changes to maintain and improve the service to the community.

When she’s not busy working her real estate business, Lindsey loves everything outdoors. “I’m a country girl”. I spend time with my family enjoying our horses, camping, fishing, archery, and 4-wheeling in the backcountry. The outdoors of Idaho is second to none!”
