BACKGROUND

After leasing, purchasing, and negotiating sales for properties throughout California and Treasure Valley as an investor, I realized I could not get enough of real estate! I love exploring properties and navigating transactions so much, that I moved it from personal to professional.

Growing up in a military family, I had the opportunity to live in numerous states. (Ask me to ramble them off for you sometime and I'm sure we will connect somewhere!) Following 18 years of military stationing, I went to college at Arizona State University before moving to southern California to live with my husband Bill. Orange County did not feel like home for our growing family of 5, so we looked at a map and after a lot of thought, found and fell in love with the hidden gem of Treasure Valley, Idaho. I've moved more times than I can count so I know from experience the deep value in a home and the excitement and challenges a move presents.

When I’m not immersed in real estate, I can usually be found gardening with my three kids Evelyn, Cole, and Elsie. I also enjoy reading, hosting parties, riding Peloton, and a chilly glass of sauvignon blanc.
