Even though her specialty is rental properties, Mandy can assist with any residential or commercial Real Estate transaction, and even offers special services that are focused on seniors. Mandy is dedicated to assisting with all the details needed for all stages of the sale transaction for buyers and sellers alike and offers additional services like assessing cash flow, being the boots on the ground for the due diligence phase, negotiating rent-back situations, offering a robust marketing package designed and targeting investor buyers, and offering creative deal negotiations to ensure the sale moves along quickly and efficiently for both sides.

BACKGROUND

After 20 years of Multifamily onsite and corporate level property management experience with various roles including: new construction & acquisitions, business development manager, lease up specialist, regional sales trainer, property owner liaison and property management consultant, Mandy launched her Real Estate business Idaho Property Investing in 2018 to help property owners identify and buy or sell their property as investments. With a heart for the small to medium investor, she also offers neutral 3rd party auditing, assessing and consulting specifically for property management businesses or self managing landlords. Her real estate experience has included working on acquisition teams, sales & marketing, improving cash flow and new construction lease up sales management. For the past 5 years, Mandy has worked primarily with a team of developers with a focus on land sales and Multifamily development planning & consulting in the Treasure Valley.
