Remember to stop and smell the roses

My purpose as a real estate sales agent is to:
• Listen to the physical, emotional, and financial perspective of the home buyer or seller.
• Place my client’s interests first, with awareness that homeownership is a highly personal responsibility and relationship.
• Devote my time and the latest resources of this brokerage and the real estate industry, to encourage client control in reaching their desired real estate goals.

My background gives me a strong consumer perspective.

Finding a home to serve its many roles or positioning a property for sale at its greatest advantage requires thought, time, and resources. My experience and personal history of multiple home ownership over many years allows me to help my clients realize value and potential within the real estate market dynamics.

No matter the size of a home, it’s greatest value is as a source of rejuvenation. During 10 years as a liveaboard boatowner, I experienced the challenges of minimalism which led me to discover the useful tools and joys of versatility, freedom, and simplicity.
My education and experience as a nurse enabled me to identify health, safety, and comfort issues for all ages. I gained the skills to advocate, ask, and search for answers. I learned to balance the sharing of information with a respect for confidentiality. And an individual’s right to make informed choices applies as well to real estate matters as it does in healthcare.

As a baby boomer, I share the frustrations and rewards of utilizing present day technology. Whether my client prefers electronic or in-person communication, I can readily provide the most user-friendly means of information access and documentation.

As a current senior care provider in this community, I actively search for and identify resources for downsizing, maintaining personal independence, and identifying local healthcare resources.
