BACKGROUND

Rachel has owned and operated her own property management company for the past 27 years and 16 of those years have been in Madison County. She has a staff of 14 and provides quick response and quality care to the tenants. She is the current president of the Off Campus Housing Association and works with all the owners of BYUI approved student housing property. Rachel has served in the Madison County Planning and Zoning and Rexburg Parks and Rec committee. She served as the President of the Hibbard Neighborhood Association for 2 years with over 1000 members. She served as the president of the PTO for Hibbard Elementary for 2 years. Rachel designed and project managed the construction of Windsor Manor- a student housing complex for 344 students. She has built a manufactured home community with a pressurized sewer system servicing 70 lots. She saw a garbage heap and designed and oversaw construction of a beautiful garden in Egypt. She built a 3 plex with tuck-under parking. She has done extensive remodels for approx. 38 apts, townhouses, and houses. She has designed many preliminary plats for bare land parcels and also designed 7 multi housing projects. Rachel has rezoned properties in Idaho Falls and Rexburg. I absolutely love living at Windsor! The community within the housing unit is awesome and the staff are incredible at making sure any issues are taken care of ASAP and with care. Any maintenance issue is fixed incredibly quick. It's comfortable and home like and I can't imagine living anywhere else!
