BACKGROUND

Sandra Marquis is a bilingual, creative, efficient real estate consultant working with the skilled professionals at Silvercreek Realty Group. For the past seventeen years, she has been thoroughly focused on serving the booming communities in the Treasure Valley.
Sandra has lived in Idaho since 1994 and has called Meridian, Idaho her home and best place to raise her three children with the love and support of her husband Ron. Sandra enjoys singing and playing her guitar in the company of her close friends and family members. Her trust in God is what makes her the person she is today.
In 2006, Sandra started to invest in Real Estate where she acquired all her investment and negotiating skills giving her a unique ability to analyze income properties. It was around this time that she decided to become a licensed real estate consultant to serve the high demand of motivated buyers seeking to become home owners. In fact, she used her education and her experience to assist her some of her stressed clients during the housing bubble of 2008. However, her determination to learn other aspects of the real estate transaction prompted her to accept a 5-year commitment with the Ada County Treasurer's office. During this period, she continued to manage a multi-unit property which kept her engaged in the loop of the real estate industry.
