Welcome, I am Shannon with Silvercreek Realty Group.

I grew up in Utah and moved to Idaho in 2004. I love Idaho and everything it has to offer.

After receiving a bachelor’s in nursing, I started my career in real estate in 2002. I pride myself in being professional, detail-oriented, and a good listener. I am dedicated, hardworking and provide excellent service. I am honest and have integrity, all qualities which are essential in real estate.

I love the excitement of helping people find a new home to love. I especially love helping first time home buyers and those relocating to the treasure valley. I love helping sellers as well and using my proven methods to get their homes sold for more. It is so fun to help my clients through a seamless, low-stress transaction. I love creating happy clients!

I am an outdoor enthusiast and adventure lover. In my free time, I can be found hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, bike packing, camping, canoeing, rafting, snowboarding and snowshoeing. I am happiest when I am outside, and I especially love the adventure of exploring somewhere new.

I have been married to my best friend for over 20 years. Together, we have 4 kids and an adorable dog who find a way to give me an adventure every single day.
