I started my life in the Real Estate industry in the early 90’s. My husband, who came from a family of contractors and builders, started a painting business and we did mainly new construction. Painting lead to finish carpentry and joyfully to building our own home. We loved building our home so much that we started a building business and we did much of the manual labor, I’ve even helped to pour foundations which, by the way, are a lot of work. I also handled the bids and paperwork so I know how much work goes into building a home.
Since I loved the business it was an easy transition into getting my real estate license. We built homes for many years before moving to Donnelly for a business venture. I’ve been back for a while and decided that this year was the right time to get back into what I love, which is real estate.
As far as personally I have a gemology degree and have done my fair share of home remodeling projects. I love going on road trips to photograph landscapes and old rusty things. I like to cook and bake when I am not picking up after my Golden Retriever puppy.
I have many years of customer service in and out of the real estate field. I believe in putting the needs of my clients first. I am here to serve you, from giving you advice on how to stage your home and making it look the best it can be to marketing your home so I can find qualified buyers and negotiate the best deal for you. I will help you through the inspection and appraisal process all the way to closing. For my buyers we will work together to find you the perfect home to fit your needs and wants at the price you want.
