During the transaction process of residential properties it's natural for both Sellers and Buyers to feel a level of stress, to help subside some of that stress I provide my Clients, Sellers and Buyers the information and resources they need to help them through this transaction process. MY AVAILABILITY to my Clients is whenever they need me. SELLERS: When I LIST your home I will hold Open House Showings, I will ADVERTISE your home and if your home is vacant it can be STAGED to attract those Buyers Offers! BUYERS: I WILL provide you with DAILY MLS listings, My AVAILABILITY IS WHEN YOU ARE AVAILABLE! Want to see houses only on weekends we can do that! Want to see houses after work hours we can work that! Your schedule dictates my time! It's always a privilege to me and an honor when a Seller or Buyer invites me to represent them in the sale or purchase of their home. My service to my clients is something I hold with pride!
