Silvercreek Realty Group was founded in the Treasure Valley in 2008 by the Doughty family: Aaron, Joyce, and Roger. We are both a Mom-and-Pop shop and Idaho’s largest brokerage. Our amazing set of staff and the Doughtys are highly invested in the happiness of our clients and the success of our team of REALTORS®.

Aaron Doughty

MANAGING BROKER

is one of our managing brokers. He works alongside Krista Deacon to assist our REALTORS® and keep your home buying/selling process moving quickly and smoothly. Aaron has a business degree from BSU and over 15 years real estate experience. Outside of the biz, Aaron is a husband and a father to five children. His oldest daughter, Grace, works at Silvercreek during her school breaks.

Joyce Doughty

ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT

heads up our accounting department. She’s had a variety of professional experience prior to Silvercreek Realty Group – a Jill of all trades, along with being great with our books and finances, she’s also an AMAZING chef. Prior to Silvercreek, Joyce and Roger owned a restaurant and she was the head chef. Currently, she’s finishing up a cookbook to be published in partnership with NPR. But wait, there’s more: Joyce cooks our REALTORS® and staff breakfast once a month – yum!

Roger Doughty

BUSINESS OWNER

has a long history of success at managing and owning businesses. He’s the main hand that shapes our value proposition and long-term business goals and strategies. As a bonus, he offers head shots for all our REALTORS®. In his spare time, he’s a wildlife photographer and fly fisherman. His photographs decorate the walls of our Meridian office.

Giving back is an important part of our mission at Silvercreek Realty Group. As REALTORS® we have an inside look at communities and the areas of greatest need among those we serve. To support these needs, we have developed a philanthropy program called Silvercreek Gives. This is led by a committee of Silvercreek staff and agents to identify and meet needs throughout the state of Idaho. Our committee selects an initiative to promote each quarter. We encourage participation among our agents in three ways:

Share Financially: make a financial donation to a non-profit that supports the initiative selected
Share Time: volunteer locally with a non-profit or organization that serves the identified initiative
Share Information: use your social media and/or other communication channels to share information about the initiative or related non-profits

While individuals may not be able to participate in all three ways, there is usually at least one avenue that our agents or the community can engage in to support local efforts.

Over the last 3 years, we have raised and donated tens of thousands of dollars, volunteered hundreds of hours, supported over 100 nonprofits, and educated countless people about community needs and nonprofits working to meet those needs.
