Silvercreek Realty Group was founded in the Treasure Valley in 2008 by the Doughty family: Aaron, Joyce, and Roger. We are both a Mom-and-Pop shop and Idaho’s largest brokerage. Aaron Doughty, President and CEO of Silvercreek Realty Group since co-founding it in 2008, has been passionate about real estate for over two decades. A Boise State University graduate with a BS in Marketing and a minor in Spanish, Aaron also co-founded Bluebird Home Loans in 2022. He is dedicated to the growth and success of his team at Silvercreek. Married to his high school sweetheart, Wendy, and father to five children, Aaron is active in his local church and the Agency for New Americans. He enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and creating innovative real estate investments, and is always approachable, eager to help others achieve their goals.
