My experience in healthcare and fitness has also given me a strong appreciation for the importance of listening, understanding individual needs, and creating solutions that work for each person.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, spending time at the gym (powerlifting), and the challenge of continually improving myself and those around me.
