I pride myself on my ability to truly listen to my clients’ needs and connect them with opportunities that best match those needs. I am truly committed to making your home buying/selling dreams a reality and can honestly say that I fully understand the excitement, anxiety and work that goes into buying or selling a home and you will never feel any pressure from me. I am here to assist you in any way I can and would appreciate the opportunity to represent you in the home buying and/or selling process.
I was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I came to the United States to attend University in Provo, UT, and after receiving my Bachelor's Degree, I met and married my husband, and we have 3 children, 1 dog, 3 cats and chickens. We moved to Idaho about 5 years ago and have loved the sense of community, various types of recreation that this beautiful Valley has to offer and also the mild weather here. We have also lived in Cedar Rapids, IA; Vancouver, WA; and Orem, UT, but Meridian is where we have finally decided to call home and plant roots! Our family loves the outdoors; skiing, hiking, camping and traveling.
As for Real Estate, it was a career choice that came naturally to me because over the past 15 years of being married to my husband, who is a builder, we have lived in 12 different houses and have either built, bought or sold most of them ourselves. I am a “people person” and love helping others. I am a dedicated, genuine, honest, hard working, and organized individual.
I know as you consider buying or selling a home that there can be a lot of information, and it can be overwhelming at times. I am here to help in any way I can in a time frame that is convenient for you.
“This past month [looking for a home] has definitely felt like a whirlwind. I have truly appreciated your help every step of the way. You have turned what I thought would be a scary process into one without anxiety ~ that means more than you'll ever know! If someone should ask me if I know a good realtor to recommend, you'll be the one I speak most highly of. Thanks, Karen”
