Avah Egner has always had a passion for creativity and connection — two things that naturally led her into real estate. Before becoming an agent, she has been working as the Marketing Director for Egner Real Estate, where she learned the ins and outs of branding, storytelling, and showcasing what makes every home unique. Through that experience, Avah gained hands-on knowledge in everything from marketing strategy to preparing transactions and managing listings. Her time behind the scenes gave her a deep understanding of how much communication, detail, and care go into helping clients buy or sell a property.

Now, as an agent, Avah intends to bring that same creative eye and people-first mindset to every client relationship. She’s passionate about making real estate feel approachable, personal, and exciting — not overwhelming.
