BACKGROUND

Born in Des Moines, Iowa, Blair developed a strong work ethic at an early age, working for the Des Moines Register as a paper-boy for his very first job. A family move to Arizona starting in High School later transitioned to a Bachelor's Degree from Arizona State University (Walter Cronkite School of Management and Telecommunications).

Blair has a strong background in media sales-advertising with over 25 years of experience managing radio, digital and social media campaigns for small to mid-size businesses which has earned him several awards-recognition throughout his advertising sales career.

Moving to Boise in 2014, Blair continued carrying out his media career along with diversifying his investment portfolio with income properties. With this newly found passion of real-estate investing, Blair has transitioned into the residential real estate side to help others carry out their passion for finding that dream home or selling their existing home to find their next adventure!
