I am a full service Realtor ® representing Buyers, Sellers and Investors. I purchased my 1st farm at the age of 29 and have actively been buying and selling property in Southern Idaho ever since.
I represent 1st Time Homebuyers all the way to Portfolio Investors including Farm and Ranch, Single Family Residential and Commercial Rentals.
I walk you through each step explaining the whole process and keep in contact after the close of your transaction. Many of my clients are generational families.

BACKGROUND

I have been buying and selling real estate in Southern Idaho for 31 years. Many of my clients are generational buyers and sellers.
I am a registered Notary in the State of Idaho and proudly represent the title of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation that is considered the “gold standard” for residential agents, signaling advanced expertise in market knowledge, risk management, and professional standards.
I also add to my expertise, the title of ABR®. An ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) is a real estate professional with specialized training in representing home buyers, awarded by the National Association of REALTORS®. ABR agents focus on buyer counseling, tailored search strategies, and negotiation to protect buyer interests, often acting as exclusive agents.
My heart lies with farm and ranch properties. My husband and I have lived first hand, the lifestyle of ranching so it’s 2nd nature for me to help represent you with selling or purchasing property to farm or raise livestock and all that is included with diverse property investments.
Within the last 5 years, I have recently discovered the faster pace of residential real estate. I have met some wonderful folks from first time homebuyers, to people wanting to downsize and live the urban lifestyle that Southern Idaho buyers seek.
