Chad keeps an active real estate license with Silvercreek Realty Group. He helped launch LEAP Housing, an affordable housing developer and operator in Boise, ID and continues to advise its executive team. He has also held key leadership and advisory roles with NeighborWorks Boise, Clearwater Real Estate Investments, and Meals on Wheels.

I have been involved in nearly every type of real estate transaction, ranging from single family homes to the most complex of commercial transactions. I am constantly pushing myself to be creative and come up with unique and beneficial deals for my clients I represent and colleagues I work with.

BACKGROUND

Business executive with more than two decades of experience in management, structured finance, risk management, dispositions, and financial analysis. Extensive background in commercial and residential real estate, with direct involvement in the finance, acquisition, and sale of properties across 14 states.

Recognized by the Idaho Business Review as a 2024 CEO of Influence for leadership and industry impact and was also named to the 2025 Idaho 500, honoring Idaho’s most influential business leaders shaping the state’s economy.

Holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Boise State University.
