Chad is a licensed realtor with Silvercreek Realty Group and is also a co-founder of Property People. He remains the Chief Financial Officer of a real estate investment company and also serves as a member of the Investment Committee. As the co-founder of a previous commercial finance brokerage firm, Mr. Hansen's real estate experience includes the financing, acquisition, placement, processing and closing of commercial transactions. He also worked at a national real estate syndicate where he obtained experience in financial structuring and one-off specialty transactions.

Mr. Hansen graduated with a marketing degree from Boise State University. He is an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America, his church, and an avid outdoorsman. Chad and his wife reside in Meridian, Idaho with their four children.
