Background

I’ve been a buyer, seller, landlord, and investor. I built Twisted Timber from the ground up. I worked in construction long enough to know what questions to ask about a property. I know SBA loans, cap rates, how property taxes work, and what maintenance actually costs because I’ve dealt with all of it. I’m from here and I work with people who actually want to be here too.
