BACKGROUND
I first entered real estate in 1994 and have firsthand experience buying, selling, improving, investing in, and managing residential and rental properties.
As a former rancher, I also understand acreage and rural properties, including wells, septic systems, irrigation, outbuildings, livestock needs, and the practical realities of country living.
