BACKGROUND
Courtney Garnett is a dedicated real estate professional with a strong foundation built on service, craftsmanship, and community. With years of experience in construction, Courtney has worked extensively flipping fixer-uppers and building custom log homes throughout Idaho, giving him a keen eye for quality, potential, and value in every property.
A proud Marine Corps veteran, Courtney served multiple combat tours in Iraq, developing the discipline, resilience, and commitment that now define his approach to real estate and client relationships. A passionate lifelong learner, he continued his education after his military service, earning multiple college degrees in business, agricultural science, communication and leadership, as well as a master’s degree in environmental toxicology.
His passion for servicing others continues as he currently volunteers as a firefighter and EMT, and serves as a mentor and class facilitator with the Spokane Fatherhood Initiative teaching essential parenting fundamentals and relationship-building skills. Courtney is deeply passionate about being a father and cherishes spending time with his son. When he’s not helping clients or serving his community, you’ll often find him at his property in central Idaho enjoying the peace and solitude of the wilderness while staying at his log home.
Driven by a genuine desire to help others, Courtney is committed, loyal, and focused on guiding his clients every step of the way. Whether you’re searching for your dream home or looking to unlock the potential of a property, Courtney is dedicated to helping people achieve their goals by bringing experience, integrity, and heart to every transaction.
