Most people only buy or sell real estate a handful of times in their life. Around here, those decisions tend to stick — a cabin stays in a family for sixty years, a piece of land gets handed down, a place becomes the whole reason people keep coming back to Idaho. I work like that weight is real, because it is. I don’t sell you anything. I tell you what you’re actually looking at.
Straight answers. The land out here has realities that never show up in a listing photo — water rights, access and easements, septic, snow load, what the road’s like in March. I’d rather you know all of it up front than find out after closing.
No pressure, ever. The right place is worth waiting for, and the wrong one isn’t worth talking you into. If a deal doesn’t make sense, I’ll be the first to say so.
I know the money side. Thirteen-plus years in lending means I can tell you whether a place actually pencils out before you fall in love with it — and help structure the financing so it holds together.
I’m not going anywhere. I’m from here. My family has been in Idaho real estate for three generations. You’ll see me at the grocery store, the trailhead, the school pickup line. That’s the whole point

My goal isn’t to close a deal — it’s to get you into a place that still feels right five and ten years from now, or to get your property sold for what it’s genuinely worth to the buyer who’ll value it. In a market full of out-of-area agents chasing the McCall boom, I’m trying to do the unglamorous thing well: know the ground, protect your money, and tell you the truth.

BACKGROUND
Experience
I bring two sides of the table to every transaction: a licensed Realtor® with Silvercreek Realty Group, and 13+ years as a mortgage loan officer. That combination means I can read a deal financially and locally at the same time — what it’s worth, whether it pencils, and how to structure it so it actually closes.
My family has been part of Idaho real estate for generations; my grandfather ran a local brokerage for decades. I’ve spent my whole life in Idaho, growing up in McCall and work the McCall–Donnelly corridor specifically — lakefront, cabins, raw land, and rural property, including the realities of short-term rentals (I’m an Airbnb Super Host and host my own property in Donnelly).
