She developed an early appreciation for the relationships, integrity, and long-term perspective that define successful real estate professionals. Diana Anderson began her commercial real estate career in 1998 and quickly established herself as a respected leader in Idaho’s market. In 2001, she earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, becoming the first woman in Idaho to achieve this distinction. Combined with marketing coursework at Boise State University and decades of hands-on experience, Diana has built a career defined by expertise, integrity, and a genuine passion for commercial real estate.
Throughout her career, Diana has collaborated with developers, builders, and investors on projects ranging from ground-up development to complex repositioning strategies involving leasing, renovations, and significant property improvements. With approximately $200 million in career transaction volume, she brings extensive market knowledge and a proven track record to every client engagement.
One of Diana’s greatest strengths is redevelopment—the ability to recognize a property’s untapped potential and guide it through its next phase of growth. Whether working on adaptive reuse projects, conversions, or value-add investments, she combines creative vision with strategic market insight to help maximize value and long-term success.

In 2018, Diana expanded her tenant representation, helping more businesses of all sizes secure the right space to grow and thrive throughout the Treasure Valley.
