BACKGROUND
Fatma (Arzum) is a REALTOR® and the founder of Aegean Property and Energy. She holds a PhD in Materials Engineering, an MBA, and advanced training from the MIT Professional Program in Sustainability & Technology. With more than 20 years of semiconductor R&D leadership, she brings a rigorous, analytical, and systems‑oriented perspective to real estate. She has also completed the NAR Green Designation coursework, strengthening her ability to guide clients in sustainable, energy‑efficient, and cost‑effective property decisions.
