BACKGROUND

Search no more for a knowledgeable resource about Idaho. As an Idaho native, I grew up in Nampa then moved to Boise to attend Boise State University where I received a degree in Marketing with a minor in Computer Information Technology. I have spent the last 25 years living in Eagle where I raised two daughters. I love the Treasure Valley and the Idaho lifestyle as it provides endless opportunities; in my free time I like to bike, hike, golf, ski, and wake surf. I would be happy to expound upon Idaho and all the adventure this state has to offer you.

Prior to becoming a Realtor®, I worked 32 years at a fortune 500 high-tech company. I was lucky to hold a variety of positions including business development, strategic planning, customer service, and numerous marketing positions ranging from product marketing to sales enablement. Through these experiences I have honed my business acumen, creative problem solving, negotiation skills, and marketing prowess.

I have been investing in real estate for over 30 years. I have bought, remodeled, and managed rental properties in Ada, Canyon, and Valley counties. Today, I currently manage both long-term and short-term rentals. I know the rental market very well so I can assist investors in making wise choices when purchasing income properties.
