Rural – Remote – Off Grid

BACKGROUND

I was born and raised in Central FL and my family has a long history there. I’m a husband and father, avid outdoorsman, and I love to both walk and research properties. We grew up pretty wild down in Florida. Catching alligators and sharks were normal things for us. That’s why we like Idaho so much, it’s similarly wild but has seasons and mountains. Minus the gators…

Florida and North Idaho are also very similar culturally. So it’s easy to see why North Idaho is our favorite place. I grew up building houses, was a firefighter for a long time, went to woodworking school and have had a couple of my own businesses. If I’m not out walking land, I love to build things. Furniture, arrows, and shelters with my kids are all regular projects at our house or in the woods. Maybe I’ll see you out in the mountains one day.
