SERVICE

I work as the Manager of Recruitment, helping introduce agents from other brokerages to all that Silvercreek has to offer. I work with agents that have sold at least 3 homes in Idaho, and that want to work in Ada, Canyon, Boise, Owyhee and Gem counties. I also teach a variety of classes to help agents with their business development and growth. I love helping people find success on their career path!

COMMITMENT

My goal is to help every agent have a smooth transition to our brokerage, and to support them so they don’t feel lost as they are navigating all the awesome tools Silvercreek provides. I want them to feel confident that they have help every step of the way through our amazing, supportive staff.

BACKGROUND

I started my real estate journey in Arizona in 2002, and after being in several different states, it led me to Idaho. I love being here and using my years of experience to help new Silvercreek agents grow their business!
