I’m Jodi Craig, founder of IronRidge Real Estate and an Idaho Realtor® serving the Treasure Valley and surrounding communities.

I’m a veteran, mom of four, wife, and business-minded real estate professional built on grit, faith, and purpose. My path into real estate wasn’t traditional and that’s exactly what shaped how I serve my clients today.

Before real estate, I spent years in corporate leadership managing multimillion-dollar operations, building systems, leading teams, and making high-stakes decisions. While successful on paper, that world lacked alignment with the life I wanted to live. So I chose a different path one rooted in integrity, freedom, and meaningful impact.

Today, I bring disciplined strategy, clear communication, and steady leadership into every real estate transaction.
