BACKGROUND

Joel has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience and his focus has always been on building strong relationships with his clients. As an effective communicator, he focuses on paying close attention to client needs while maintaining honesty and integrity in all of his work.

Joel spent most of his younger years in the San Francisco Bay Area before he moved to Austin, TX where he got his real estate license and bought his first house. He eventually moved to Boise to be closer to family and escape the humidity of the deep south. His primary goal as a real estate agent is to continually add value to his client’s selling and purchasing experiences through his marketing and negotiating expertise. His client-centric approach, coupled with his passion to garner knowledge about the real estate market has enabled him to carve his own path in the industry.

Joel holds a marketing degree from the San Jose State University and has been a homeowner in Meridian since 2015. He has witnessed the impressive real estate growth and expansion of the Treasure Valley in the past few years and is excited to be a part of the continued growth. In his personal life, Joel has volunteered with Austin Habitat for Humanity in Texas, the Meridian Canine Rescue, and The Idaho Foodbank. When he is not helping real estate buyers and sellers, he enjoys golf, hiking, walks on the greenbelt and is a regular participant at a local Trivia Night.
