My southern roots (Texas and North Carolina) taught me to be personable and respectful. My business background taught me strong contract and negotiation skills. BACKGROUND

I have been a Top Producer with the Nampa Association of Realtors throughout my careek, Realtor of the Year in 2012 in Nampa and has served on the board for the Nampa Association of Realtors for 13 years (Treasurer 2007 and 2008, Vice President 2009 and 2010, President Elect 2011, President 2012, Past President 2013, Treasurer again in 2014, President Elect 2017; President again in 2018; Past President 2019). I have my Associate Broker license, GRI, ABR®, PSA, and SFR® designations/certifications, and am also a certified Military Residential Specialist.
