I will walk you through all the steps of bringing your dream to the closing table successfully. I love negotiating. I work with all types of residential properties. Rural, mountain and horse properties can present extra challenges, but also extra rewards. I am here to help you get into the right home, whether it be for just you, your family, or even your animals.
BACKGROUND
I live on a rural, mountain, horse property 13 miles from Bozeman’s main street, with my husband, three horses and a long-legged dog. Our son is engaged and lives in Belgrade. We love living in the mountains, yet being able to be at one of Bozeman’s many excellent restaurants within 20 minutes. But for us it’s mostly about the outdoors. We love riding the amazing and endless trails in the Bozeman area. I also participate in endurance riding for fun, I guess I like to do hard things!
My husband is an architect and is available to consult on any transaction for site evaluation and planning or architectural design.
