I am happy to help you find your next property whether you are searching in the Treasure Valley (Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Star, Kuna), Canyon County (Caldwell & Nampa), Emmett or Valley County (Cascade, Donnelly, Tamarack & McCall)! I I love helping people find their perfect home in the perfect area.
When listing homes my team offers free staging, professional photos and are very hands on through out the whole process. When you hire me you get me. I don’t disappear and assign another agent to you. I am available by phone, text or email seven days a week.
My property management company manages several rentals homes in Eagle, Boise, Meridian, Star, Kuna, Caldwell & Nampa. I am here to help you find the prefect investment property. We have a sister company that offers full management services for several investors. We are also able to place clients working with us in rentals while they are searching for a home to purchase or waiting for a build job to complete.

COMMITMENT

I am committed to keeping it real. I love the technology advances in real estate but I am also old school and will always be. I don’t want a big team, I want to work directly with my clients and my clients appreciate that I am always there. I have two wonderful assistants and a transaction coordinator that keep me organized and allow me to be with my clients. From helping a first time home buyer to closing with an investor on his 15th home, I LOVE it all. With my knowledge and experience in new construction it makes listing homes and getting them prepped and through the process to the closing, beyond easy for my clients. The little things that need to be done pre listing or that come up during an inspection are easy for me to knock out.

BACKGROUND

I was born and raised in Idaho and LOVE this area. For years I was in the commercial construction industry and switched to residential real estate in 2007 to have a more flexible schedule with my then young kids. Seventeen years later and I still enjoy almost every day in this crazy industry. I have consistently been a top producer since 2010. In my free time I am the proud mom of three great kids! A young adult son that graduated from Purdue and is a project engineer in Jackson Hole, WY. He is engaged to an awesome girl that we are excited to have join our family. My daughter is a Junior at New York School of Interior Design and our baby daughter is a sophomore at Eagle High School. We spend many days at basketball games with our youngest, or as a family playing on the lake or snowboarding/skiing on the mountain! I am lucky to have an amazing husband who is my best friend and helps me navigate this crazy, fun life! He is a builder developer in the Eagle area and I help with interior design and staging of his homes. I am an avid runner in my free time, I don’t miss a day. It might be pitch black outside after a long workday but I will be out there pounding the pavement. I have completed several marathons, 1/2 marathons and 5Ks. In March of 2025 I will be doing my first 50-mile ultra with my son and then the Boston Marathon in April!
