Recently, I have earned the National Realtor’s Senior Real Estate (SRES) designation which allows me to specialize in serving the senior market. Only two percent of all agents in the United States have earned this prestigious designation. This allows me to meet the needs of the age 50+ Real Estate market, provide valuable knowledge, and advocate for seniors and their families. I now offer:
• Understanding and assistance to those in making housing transitions, such as Active Adult Communities, Age Restricted Communities, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Hands-on knowledge about the housing communities and facilities within our community.
• Answers on senior issues such as legal options (trusts, probate), tax matters (1031 Exchanges), or financial options (improving cash flow, leveraging equity to buy a second home or vacation home) and help direct seniors to the appropriate professionals for expert advice when needed.
• A team of experts and a list of resources to help families every step of the way, whether it is decluttering, moving, downsizing, and other options.
When necessary, I help seniors, their children and caregivers to find housing solutions for scenarios where a health event has occurred, and they seek counseling about what to do.
