BACKGROUND

Larry started investing in real estate in 1978. In 1994, he got his real estate license and became the owner of Century 21 AA Realtors with his wife, Rose Cada, in Boise. He has been a part of Keller Williams Realty since 2003. Larry moved to Trust Realty in 2007. Then teamed up with Idaho Dream Realty and moved to Silvercreek Realty on July 10, 2024. Larry has experience working with buyers, sellers, investors, and first-time buyers. He also has much expertise in assisting out-of-state investors in finding quality rental properties in Treasure Valley. He has received multiple awards for his customer service, including the Century 21 Quality Service Award for the Northwest Region in 1999 and 2000. Larry also owns AA Property Management and can help with property and HOA management.
