LeeAnn transitioned into real estate after seven years in the accounting field. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2009, joining Silvercreek November 2025. She brings her experience in problem solving working with numbers to problem solving working with buyers and sellers. LeeAnn knows that buying and selling can be stressful, so she does all she can to ease that stress, making her client’s transactions as enjoyable as possible. She works hard to get her sellers the best price in the shortest amount of time, and she makes sure her buyers have the best information and market data available to be well-equipped buyers–in addition to finding that perfect fit. She epitomizes integrity, hard work and a passion for real estate while providing refreshingly friendly customer care.

BACKGROUND

LeeAnn is born and bred in Idaho, living in the Treasure Valley for the last 24 years. She and her husband, Corey, have enjoyed raising their 3 daughters, all three graduates of the University of Idaho, (but go BSU) LeeAnn and her husband are empty nesters after years of volunteer parent involvement with coaching and managing girls’ club soccer. LeeAnn enjoys spending time at their second home in New Meadows, boating, playing indoor soccer, family time and football games.
