BACKGROUND

Sharlisa Caskey’s passion for success can be traced back to her 2 years as a Tax Office Manager and her 21 year career as a Correctional Health Care Administrator, where she spent significant time working on managing policy and procedure in correctional medical care, training employees in delivering a community standard of care, and providing the finest level of care to the clients. Sharlisa managed over 400 floor psychiatric nurses, 18 shift lead nurses and. Sharlisa also worked along side of Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Social Workers and Recreation Therapist in overseeing delivery of mandatory services provided to incarcerated persons. Many of these experiences and attributes have been carried over to Sharlisa’s work as a REALTOR®.
