BACKGROUND

Mark Caskey’s passion for success can be traced back to his 21 year career as a Correctional Health Care Administrator, where he spent significant time working on managing policy and procedure in correctional medical care, training employees in delivering a community standard of care, and providing the finest level of care to the clients. Mark managed over 400 floor psychiatric nurses, 18 shift lead nurses and 17 supervising nurses. Mark also worked along side of Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Social Workers and Recreation Therapist in overseeing delivery of mandatory services provided to incarcerated persons. Many of these experiences and attributes have been carried over to Mark’s work as a REALTOR®.
