BIO:

Mark started his career as a residential real estate appraiser in 1997, became licensed in 2000, certified in 2007, and maintains a current certification. His love of people and passion for real estate led him to become a realtor in 2008. Working as an appraiser over the years has presented Mark with a unique perspective on the real estate market beyond sales. He provides multi-dimensional guidance for his clients so they can find the right property in the right location for the right price. He has the market knowledge and experience to assist anyone; from the first time home buyer, to the retiree looking to downsize, to the seasoned investor seeking a 2-4 unit property, to the client looking for acreage or that vacation property to get away from it all. His diligence, communication, market knowledge and professionalism are a few of the many reasons clients continue to work with Mark and refer him to their family, friends, and co-workers. Mark was born and raised in Watsonville, California. He grew up competing in a variety of sports and enjoying the great outdoors. His love of outdoor recreation made it an easy decision to move to Idaho in 1994 when he was recruited by Boise State University to play football. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and fell in love with the quality of life in Idaho and the greater Treasure Valley while attending Boise State. He now calls Boise home with his wife, two dogs, and cat. Mark’s hobbies include travel, camping, hiking, snowshoeing, listening to live music, and eating great food. If you are looking for a property in Idaho and want an educational experience on what to do, where to go, and things to see while finding the right property for your needs, Mark Paljetak will give you that experience.
