Background
With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the business from the ground up. Meagan began her career as the Commercial Receptionist at Fidelity National Title, eventually working closely with the State Attorney on title matters and later mastering the escrow process. Her dedication and hands-on experience led her to the corporate level, where she served as VP of Operations for the Denver office.
Following a shift in focus, Meagan earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) national designation and managed HR operations for a private company of more than 700 employees. Contracts, compliance, and detailed paperwork have always been central to her work, giving an edge in transaction management and negotiation.
When her son was born, she chose to semi-retire, but her passion for real estate quickly drew her back in. Meagan began offering transaction management services from home, working with several agents while raising her son. In 2015, she was recruited by Woyak and Company as an Auditor, continuing through their mergers with Epic Realty and later Fathom Realty. Along the way, she earned her real estate licenses in both Idaho and Montana.
Today, Meagan continues to audit for a smaller brokerage, giving her ongoing insight into industry trends and evolving negotiation strategies. This continuous involvement sharpens her ability to serve clients effectively in a fast-changing market.
