Welcome to Idaho! I am an experienced, full-service realtor selling real estate on the MLS, off-market, and pre-market across Southern Idaho, mostly in the Boise/Meridian areas and the Twin Falls area. I have experience in negotiating to the benefit of my client,,,including new roofs, seller credit to buyers at closing, making repairs prior to closing. I also also experienced with investors and multi-family properties. I have owned and managed our multi-family properties and can help the novice get started or the experienced expand their portfolio, figuring out ROI and projected data. If you are needing to move outside of areas that I serve, I can refer to the large network of agents and vet them for you.

BACKGROUND
In 2008, my husband and I got married. We each had a house and he moved into my house and due to the housing market crash, we decided to rent his house out. We became landlords for the first time. Then after a couple years, we decided to buy a duplex, and added more property management. Then I found a house that was so cheap and my husband entertained that we should buy it and flip it. So in 2011, we did our first flip. After that, we decided we would never do another flip…until I found another deal and he agreed to it. Then I found another deal on buying an investment. I learned so many lessons through these experiences of how to save money with taxes, 1031 exchanges, rentals and investments, ROI. I also had many people ask me how I find the deals so I got my license and started helping others create wealth through real estate. I have really loved helping people find the houses that work for them. I have helped buyers that had worked with other agents and had no success find houses for them. I have a big advantage and knowledge that most realtors don’t have of flipping properties, managing properties, finding properties off-market and pre-market. It’s one thing to talk about it, but its totally different to live it and have your own money at risk.
