BACKGROUND

Nicole is a former professional musician based in New York who relocated to her home state of Idaho in 2011. She holds advanced degrees from California Institute of the Arts and Yale University.
Nicole brings extensive experience as a buyer, seller, and renovation specialist. She is a licensed real estate agent on the New View Real Estate Team with Silvercreek Realty Group. She is recognized for her strong work ethic, exceptional negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to her clients.
Nicole has a strong passion for real estate, land acquisition, and home renovations. She is currently residing in her 18th home since leaving her family’s ranch on the Snake River Canyon. Her first major renovation project was an 1870s Colonial in Beacon, NY, and she has since successfully renovated properties in various architectural styles, including Mid-Century Modern, Farmhouse, and Mountain Modern Chalet.
Nicole and her husband, Dennis—an accomplished trumpeter and educator, along with their family, reside in the Boise Mountains in an American Arched Cabin with breathtaking views.
