I have been proudly serving Southwest Idaho residential real estate buyers and sellers since 2006 with knowledge and integrity, because to do anything less would simply not be me. BACKGROUND

An Idaho native, I began my real estate career in 2006 while working for a residential custom homebuilder. I was personally involved in helping coordinate the design, implementation and construction on several unique projects that incorporated sustainable building practices. These included two straw bale homes, each with passive solar designs and a beautiful foothills home that achieved a gold rating from the US Green Building Council's LEED certification program. It was those early years as a REALTOR® that I learned about construction methodology and design, which informs how I help sellers prepare their homes for sale and educate buyers when viewing properties for purchase.

Southern Idaho, and particularly the greater Boise metro area is where I chose to raise my family thus its' livability and future vitality are critically important. Toward that end, I support wise growth, safe neighborhoods, and healthy infrastructure that will shape our economy and community for all of us, and the generations to come.
